Manufacturing Facility

50,000 square feet includes:

• 24,000 sq. ft. Crane-served fabrication & assembly area covered by
  two (2) 15-ton overhead cranes with 20 ft. under hook
• 2,200 sq. ft. “Clean Room” designed specifically for welding reactive metals and exotic alloys in a climate-controlled atmosphere
• 9,600 sq. ft. Low bay fabrication & welding area
• 4,800 sq. ft. Machine Shop
• 5,400 sq. ft. Warehouse
• 4,000 sq. ft. Office

We are ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and National Board "R" certified. The quality assurance group is certified to perform RT, PT, UT, ET, MT, VT and HLT and consists of certified AWS welding inspectors.

Our operation complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

The facility has a fully equipped machine shop and metal preparation area including shears, rolls, brake press and saws.
