Advanced Metals understands the importance of timely repair work and the costly problems associated with downtime. To assist in your needs, we are on call 24-hours-a-day, providing around the clock service to repair, rebuild or modify your process equipment—at your site or ours. Services are available throughout the United States and worldwide and if necessary we can take action the same day you request service.

We have available a 54" cut-off saw capable of removing fixed tube sheets from heat exchangers. This reduces repair time and results in higher quality repairs. The necessary welding machines and equipment are supplied by our field technicians, who have over 150 combined years of experience with Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Nickel Alloys and Stainless Steel on all types of process equipment.

Our quality system is in compliance with the National Board Inspection Code which enables us to repair and/or alter ASME units and apply our "R" stamp once completed.
